Apply. Tell us your specialisms, countries, languages and how you charge. It takes two minutes.
Quick check. We verify your company, your LinkedIn profile and two references.
Join the network. Your profile is added to the MetaDay Network list, with your expertise and your commercial model.
Introductions when a company asks. We introduce you only when a company requests a specialist and your profile fits. You and the company agree terms directly.

Our zero-commission policy

MetaDay takes 0% of your placement fees. Not on the first hire, not on repeat hires.

We make money from companies' MetaDay subscriptions, and from recruiters who choose to use MetaDay's AI execution capacity. Never from your placements.

Is joining really free?

Yes. Joining and staying in the MetaDay Network is free.

Do you take a cut of my fees?

No. MetaDay takes 0% of your placement fees.

Can I keep charging a success fee?

Yes. You choose how you charge your clients. We show your commercial model to the company upfront.

Will I get introductions?

We introduce members when a company asks for a specialist and the profile fits. We cannot promise a number of introductions, clients or revenue.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. We never solicit your clients.

What happens to candidate data?

Each client's candidates stay inside that client's own workspace. We process data in line with GDPR, and you can leave the network at any time.

Do I have to use MetaDay's AI?

No. It is optional. Network membership and AI execution are separate.

Who can join?

Independent recruiters and small recruitment firms with proven experience in their specialism.
