Common questions

Do you check GDC registration?

The brief asks for GDC registration and screening asks every clinical candidate for it. Your practice then verifies it on the GDC online register before anyone starts. The register is the source of truth, so the final check stays with you.

Does it work for NHS practices?

Yes. The brief sets the NHS or private mix, and the run treats it as a requirement like any other. For NHS primary care in England, dentists also need to be on the Performers List for England, which your practice confirms as it does today.

How fast is it?

Calls and interviews run in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. Written outreach goes by email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

What do candidates experience?

Quick, clear contact and an answer to every message. Interested candidates get a call from the AI, which says it is the AI representative of your practice and never claims to be human. Before it keeps a written transcript it asks permission, no audio is recorded, and if the candidate says no, nothing is kept. It then sends the privacy notice by email or WhatsApp.
